The mother of "affluenza" teen Ethan Couch was scheduled to appear in a Tarrant County court Monday morning on a money-laundering charge. Authorities say Tonya Couch withdrew $30,000 from a bank account and fled with her son to Mexico in December after Ethan Couch missed a meeting with his probation officer. Ethan Couch drew national scorn after receiving a sentence of 10 years' probation and rehabilitation for killing four people in a drunken-driving crash in 2013.
